SMID Graduates enter a diverse range of careers. Approximately two thirds continue their studies with a
master/ Laurea Specialistica.
Where? In Padua, Milano Bicocca, Bologna. A third works. Doing what? Half of them work as a “statistician”,
the other half in another field. A third of the students continuing their academic career
have a temporary employment as a “statistician”. A third of the SMID graduate who have
finished their master studies is employed as a “statistician”.
Five of them have won a financial grant for a Ph.D. either in Italy or abroad. (update to March 2008. In the years 2004-2008 the SMID
graduates were 37. Students from STID to SMID have not be
included here). |
