Abstract: We characterize the domain of the parabolic Schr\"odinger operator $\partial_t-\Delta+V$ in $L^p(\BR^{n+1})$, $1<p<\infty$, where the potential $V$ is nonnegative and belongs to the Parabolic Reverse H\"older class $(PB)_p(\BR^{n+1}).$ Keywords: Parabolic operators, a priori estimates, Kato inequality.
